Do you take my insurance?
We are contracted with a multitude of insurance companies. Some of the major companies are Cigna, Anthem Blue Cross/BlueShield, United Healthcare, Aetna, Beech Street, Hartford, PacifiCare, Sloan’s Lake, Greatwest, Humana, Medicare and Secure Horizons.
