About Us Lawrence A. Meredith, M.D.:
Dr. Meredith received his medical degree from University of California, Davis School of Medicine in 1989. He completed his neurology residency and fellowship at the University of Colorado, Health Sciences Center in Denver, Colorado. His society memberships include the American Academy of Neurology, the Larimer County Medical Society and the Colorado Medical Society. Dr. Meredith is co-author of several publications and has participated in numerous clinical trials as a Principal Investigator. His CV is available upon request. On a personal note, he is a single father who enjoys spending time with his teenage son as well as skiing, trail running and performing music.
Electronic Medical Records:
We use a state of the art electronic medical records system. Patients can access their own record in the privacy of their home using an internet connection. Patients can look up future and past visits, billing statements, and office notes from visits. This record can be accessed, with patients permission, by the patients other health care providers and hospitals, including emergency rooms.
Location:
Neurology Center of the Rockies is located at 310 E. 5th Street in historic downtown Loveland. We are located ½ block east of Lincoln Avenue (northbound Hwy. 287).
